At SiriusXM Store, we want you to love your apparel and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
